The new project by Fitness Tuscany is called “I Trekking delle dee” and was born from the idea of combining nature with spirituality, as a care for body and soul. They’re Itineraries with Environmental Hiking Guide. From Tuscany to Umbria and who knows where are proposed interesting routes, walking without haste to discover characteristic places rich in spirituality.

Tying to the mythological figure of the Goddess, representative of beauty, wisdom and strength of mind the environmental guides of the new project are exclusively women, the goddesses, but the excursions are designed for everyone, both men and women.

The routs are designed and divided according to the natural elements: earth, water, air, fire and ether, with quintessence’ synonymous according to Aristotle it was added to the four previous elements. They’re all safe and quality routes with observant guides, specialized and able to handle various situations.
